Experience with value-based care initiatives is crucial, as you will be expected to incorporate value-based care principles into your analyses and recommendations.
About You: We're looking for someone with a strong background in healthcare economics, preferably with experience in Managed Care or Medicare Advantage. You should have excellent data mining, reporting, and financial modeling skills. A strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency in tools like SQL, TABLEAU, and SAS is essential. You should also have strong writing and research skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
- At least 2 years of analytical experience in healthcare economics.
- Preferred: Master's degree (MA) and 5 years of related experience.
- Intermediate data mining and reporting skills.
- Experience with value-based care initiatives.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL, TABLEAU, and SAS.
