Job Title: Senior Associate / Vice President, Special Situations

Position Overview: As a Senior Associate or Vice President, you will be a key player in the execution of specialty lending transactions. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify, analyze, and execute investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in the structuring and execution of specialty lending transactions.
- Prepare and present investment memos and presentations to the investment committee.
- Monitor and manage portfolio investments, including financial performance tracking and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a lean team in a collegial and entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, distressed debt, or special situations.
- Proven track record of closing transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
