Responsibilities & Duties:
- Performing valuation, debt capacity, liquidity, and other restructuring analyses
- Developing strategic reviews and evaluating distressed M&A opportunities
- Assisting with legal documentation and post-closing legal issues
- Designing restructuring strategies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in relevant disciplines
- Strong academic background and specific finance experience in either Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Accounting, or other related fields
- Ability to travel regularly
- strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
