About the Role: Lead and direct a team to build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, provider networks, and strategic stakeholders. Drive our healthcare and network intelligence efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans, quality benchmarks, and cost objectives under value-based payment programs. Support strategic initiatives to improve quality and total cost of care in line with our Sustainable Healthcare Goal.
About You: As a leader, you'll impact team growth and success through clear expectations, coaching, and a positive work environment. Health plan experience is preferred. Demonstrate leadership in a matrixed value-based care team. Promote value-based care strategies and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications:
- 6+ years in health insurance, healthcare, or related fields with a focus on value-based contract management and relationship management.
- Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, effective consultation skills, and the ability to influence key decision makers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel 15-20% of the time.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
