An established LMM private equity investment firm is expanding its team with a Private equity Vice President to join their dynamic and collaborative environment. The firm specializes in secondaries and growth equity within Data Ai, Tech, SaaS, enteprise software, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling and credit analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Perform in-depth due diligence, including financial, operational, and industry assessments to support investment decisions.
- Deal Structuring and Execution: Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing private credit transactions.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio performance, providing ongoing support for strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on market trends, emerging opportunities, and regulatory developments relevant to private credit.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, sponsors, and key industry participants.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates from leveraged finance or private credit backgrounds. Lateral candidates from other credit shops are highly encouraged to apply.
