Job Title: Vice President of Business Development

A firm with several billion in assets under management across multiple strategies including private equity, public equity and infrastructure is looking to add a Vice President, Business Development to their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract and retain institutional clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices.
- Present the firm's investment strategies and performance to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Lead the capital-raising efforts for new and existing investment products.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in institutional sales and business development within the investment management industry.
- Proven track record of raising capital from institutional investors.
