My client, a prestigious Pan Asia Private Equity fund, seeks a dynamic VP of Investor Relations to join their team in Shanghai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fundraising and investment research.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain and enhance relations with current investors.
- Attend to investor requests, prepare regular reports, and foster long-term relationships.
- Fundraising:
- Develop fundraising strategy and approach.
- Identify potential investors and create supporting materials.
- Market Insights:
- Engage in regular dialogue with investors to understand sentiment and direction.
- Provide input and feedback to business teams.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities through investor interactions.
- Refer opportunities to business teams.
- Strategy:
- Contribute to the Company's strategic direction.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in IR, FIG, Fund Sales, AM or IB.
- Strong financial, investment research and quantitative analysis skills.
- Demonstrable business acumen and ability to interpret financial results.
- Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered with adjusted seniority.
