Vice President of Asset Management
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Asset Management to lead and optimize the performance of our multifamily asset portfolio. This role involves developing asset-specific business plans, driving financial performance, and identifying opportunities for value enhancement across a the entire multifamily portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Develop and recommend asset strategies (hold, sell, refinance), execute annual business plans, and report on market trends and performance.
- Operational Management: Collaborate on budgeting, conduct site visits, optimize leasing and expense strategies, and oversee new project launches and marketing.
- Disposition and Refinancing: Manage processes including BOV solicitation, negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
- Reporting and Compliance: Communicate budgets and strategies, analyze financial performance, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with equity and loan documents.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in asset management with expertise in asset development, re-positioning, and dispositions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Skills: Strong financial analysis, communication, and mathematical skills; experience with revenue management software.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams, and effective under tight deadlines. Experience with multifamily or mixed-use assets is a plus.
