The Vice President of Asset Management will be:

The Director of Asset Management has the following Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in asset management
- Strong experience managing multifamily and student housing assets
- Excellent understanding of financial modeling and experience building out strategy plans
- Well-established interpersonal skills, and the ability to present to a team
- Ability to provide oversight and management to assets by conducting site visits
- Operationally minded asset management
- Passion for learning, and an attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree required from a top institution, preferably in real estate, finance, or business administration
