Job Title: Vice President 1, Financial Restructuring

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vice President 1 to join a Financial Restructuring team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the execution of complex restructuring transactions and providing strategic advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of a variety of transactions, including debtor- and creditor-side restructurings and distressed mergers & acquisitions.
- Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence, and lead M&A transactions.
- Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations.
- Value companies and businesses, and assist in the marketing and planning of engagements.
- Participate in complex negotiations on behalf of our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including companies, creditors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in financial restructuring and investment banking.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing high-profile transactions.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
