A leading Investment Bank in NYC is looking to bring on a VP of Liquidity Reporting to their greater Treasury/Liquidity Risk function to support the production and execution of the Liquidity Regulatory Reporting process for FR2052a.
This hire will be responsible for the production and regulatory submission of FR2052a, as well as LCR and NSFR reports.
The ideal candidate should have 4+ YOE working on Liquidity Risk Reports, and Treasury Analytics at an Investment Bank. The candidate should have in depth knowledge on FR2052a, Liquidity Metrics (LCR/NSFR), and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic plan for the Liquidity Reporting group, and align them with regulatory frameworks and expectations
- Support the end to end production of the FR2052a report
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior members on the team, and serve as an expert in Liquidity Metrics and FR2052a requirements
- Expedite FR2052a reporting process and serve as the central point of contact for regulatory requests, work on process automation
- Develop FR2052a reporting framework, ensuring governance and controls are in sound relation to the regulatory frameworks in place
Qualifications:
- 4+ YOE in Liquidity Reporting at another Investment Bank, deep understanding of FR2052a requirements and Liquidity Metrics
- Exposure and understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to Liquidity such as Reg YY
- Excellent communication skills, and experience presenting and working with external regulators
- Ability to lead a team, and provide mentorship
