Vice President / Director
Salary: Base $200,000 - $250,000 with Bonus, Carry
Company Summary: The client manages over $700 million in capital, investing in lower-middle-market businesses. The Client invests in businesses within Technology, Health care Services, and Business Service Sectors. They are focused on supporting businesses in achieving their goals by facilitating management buyouts, enabling shareholder liquidity events, planning succession, or driving growth initiatives. They are looking to add an experienced member to their team in New York, either at the VP or Director level.
The Vice President / Director should have the following qualifications:
- Strong Academic background
- 6-10 years of total experience across investment banking and private equity
- business services or generalist experience is a plus
- Buy and build strategy experience
