Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services for technology clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and potential investors.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
- Conduct in-depth industry research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support to enhance their professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the transaction process.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and other networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on technology sector transactions.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex M&A and capital raising transactions.
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
