Title: Wholesale Production Underwriter

Role Overview:
Our client, a prominent player in the wholesale brokerage sector, is on the lookout for an experienced Underwriting Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. Candidates with a background in Commercial, Personal, or Professional Lines are welcome. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional marketing capabilities to cultivate new business and nurture existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive risk assessments to ascertain suitable coverage options and pricing.
Employ innovative marketing techniques to establish and sustain business relationships.
Continuously review and interpret performance metrics to ensure achievement of growth objectives.
Develop and present underwriting proposals as required, collaborating with senior leadership.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years in underwriting experience.
Proven expertise in marketing and sales.
Experience in Excess & Surplus lines is a plus.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
