Reference Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update essential data within our Reference Data suite, including security master, corporate actions, pricing, and legal entity data.
• Collaborate closely with trading, research, and operational teams to understand their data requirements and expectations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned or needed.

Required Skills:

• A curious approach to work, aiming to understand the technology behind business processes and how the data managed by the Vendor Data Group affects end users.
• Ability to gather data from various sources and make informed decisions on its internal representation to meet trading, research, and operational needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey requirements for technology and Vendor Data Group practices to end users.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
• Demonstrated data ownership and attention to detail.
• Technical skills (preferred but not required): SQL, Python, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Consistent and reliable availability.
