As a Senior Accountant Corporate Services Provider family-office in Luxembourg, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our accounting processes. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the financial stability and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Provide support to the senior management team on financial matters and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Accounting.
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
Proven experience in a similar role within the trust and fiduciary services industry.
Strong understanding Luxembourgish accounting standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
